In the last few weeks we have been making some changes, hence why we have been relatively quiet on the blogs and Facebook tips. We’re sorry for our prolonged absence but we needed some downtime to get this done! Below is a run through of all our recent changes.

One thing we have updated is our wedding packages. This is something we have been contemplating for some time but our new prices and packages, although more expensive, represent the service we provide more squarely in the wedding photography marketplace. We have been providing a high-end service for a long time and the work we put in to our products is exceptional. The products we source are still the best quality we can get for your money and lest we forget, it takes us a long time to process every wedding as lovingly as we do. We are however, still great value compared to a great number of our peers, capping our package range at £2,500. We have also added some bolt-ons which are individually and competitively priced.

We have taken the Fashion section of our website down. We will still be doing fashion projects from time to time for our own portfolio, but at present it didn’t make sense to use valuable front page space hosting a service that we rarely push. It will also help us to focus on the things we do best, photographing people and creating memories for you to share for generations.

We have changed the price structure for our events. For Proms, Charity Balls, Black Tie Dinners and events of the same ilk we will attend for free, photograph your guests and sell direct to them on the night. If the ball is solely fundraising for a registered charity we will donate 10% of our profit to the cause. For awards ceremonies, birthday parties and the like where print sales are impractical, we will provide our reportage service for £60 per hour, all images will be professionally finished and provided on disc with a Personal Use or PR license as appropriate. We will sell images via our web portal for those who want them after the event.

Our next big push will be on our Baby Bump & Newborn portraits, we will be offering these at the same rate as our normal portrait sessions and in the same way – in the comfort of your own home. This time however, we will give you £20 off when paying for a Baby Bump and Newborn photo session at the same time, that’s just £100 for two portrait sessions with 4 of your favourites in print (or two in high res digi-print) and no hard-sell on our other printed or digital products after your session.
